Before You Do Anything, Target!

Before building the funnel and running the campaign, it's always smart to understand who your target customer or in this case, distributor is. For this campaign we are targeting an audience who has already self selected themselves as being interested in motivation and success by following those types of Instagram accounts.

To best understand your ideal distributor you should do two things:

 

1. Describe your ideal distributor by answering the following:

 

--> Ideal age range
--> Ideal income
--> Married?
--> Kids?
--> Previously in MLM? if so, is that a good thing?
--> Do you want them to have sales experience?
--> What is their personality type? Do you get along with it?
--> Are they appreciative?

 

Obviously we're not trying to discriminate but the best distributors typically have similar backgrounds. If you know what you're looking for, you're more likely to find it.

 

2. Answer the 10 market diagnosis and profiling questions. You'll find the link below.

 

For each campaign, these answers will likely change a bit. For instance, in this campaign we are not targeting MLMers specifically. We are being more broad. We are targeting anyone who has previously identified themselves as being interested in success, motivation or making more money.

In future campaigns such as the automated webinar in project two, there is a good chance we'll want to target current MLMers or people who have at least previously expressed interest in MLM. In that case, our answers to our profiling questions will change dramatically.

Once you answer these questions, it will influence the copy in your ad, your landing page and in the case of this funnel your conversations and filtering process for the immense amount of leads you're likely to get.
