Create A Blue Ocean

-Read the blue ocean strategy.

-You need a hot market (NWM - check), lucrative buyers (who - we'll get to), a traffic source that has them, not being attacked in this way (SoG + NWM). You need a SLO or this won't work unless you have limitless pockets.

-Rebels was designed this way ← Teaching networkers how to build with ads and funnels. I don't recommend doing this as you'll have to compete with us. Meaning I don't recommend targeting NWM's.

-Look for something that is not being served — Dog Moms, Military MMO. YOU MUST FIND A NICHE that is not being served. MUST. Who has money too? Then combine that with an expressed interest in MMO or WFH etc.

-Your real profit comes from taking care of your reps. That is your moat. It is not optional.

-Time is your asset. Most businesses don't focus for 5-10 years and hit their escape velocity. Focus on 20 years.
