-Reduce inflammation/brain fog, know phone = disaster, sleep, environment, energy.
-Brain fog is your enemy (inflammation) = your brain fighting stuff that shouldn't be there. Eat simple and organic and with what your body works well. Remove crap and sugars. Meditate. Brain fog kills creativity and willpower.
-Eating shiz slows you down. Intermittent fasting. Don't eat during work time - #1 energy consuming thing is eating. Keep a repeat diet.
