-If you don't focus, you'll be cycling new offers, funnels and ads and even businesses.
-In big businesses, the lack of optimization is most likely hidden in the profitable organic/influence.

-NEVER have multiple front-end funnels. Keep the back-end on the back-end. THEN the upsells on the back-end.
-Don't work on your upsells until the front-end is a refined beast. The way forward is simple, not complicated. Ultimately you want one ad with one page and only add layers of complication where absolutely needed.
