-Pouring money into a broken funnel/ads won't help it.
-Most people focus on improving tactics in old school (doesn't work because product market fit)
-If they're here, they focus too much on the funnel/ads optimization but never on the product market fit. Same issue.
-Once you have that, then focus on the entire business before condemning the obvious things like ads. You need to optimize the funnel and business with that level of detail. SMS, Email delivery, Tracking correctly, repeated success, landing page speed. Is it the ad itself or the other cogs?
